The Staff were very friendly and super nice. I went in for a deep cleaning and was seen by A Woman named Toni.😊 She later gave me her personal advice. And recommendations for toothpaste as well as floss. I even was told that a water floss tool would help out with my back wisdom teeth. Toni was also careful and efficient at cleaning my teeth as well as my gums. She communicated with me and kept me updated during the whole visit. Customer Satisfaction was definitely guaranteed. And I am happy that I am able to smile again. 😊⚡⭐🌩️ Also the Lady's at the front desk were very useful as well as kind. And looked like they were all happy to be there and working somewhere that they truly love. Which is a very rare and a good thing to see and experience.

I rarely write reviews but I had my second visit to the Dentists on Chapparal office today and I’ve just been impressed to the extent that I feel like more people should know about them. I’ve historically had a lot of problems with my teeth so I have plenty of experience with dentists. Dr. Koh is simply amazing. She took a genuine interest in my oral health immediately and she is extremely knowledgeable. The office is absolutely state-of-the-art. The technology they use to get the job done is just awesome. For example, in most offices (at least the ones I’ve been to), they replace a crown by taking an impression by having you bite into a thing full of disgusting goop. Then they send it off and put a temporary crown on and you have to come back weeks later to put the real crown on. Today when i had a cracked crown replaced at Dentists on Chaparral, they took a 3D scan of the area after removing the original and 30 minutes later they had made the new one in-house - no temporary crown, no avoiding certain foods for weeks while waiting for the real crown, and no having to come back again. I’ve seen the other gadgets they use too and I can confidently say that this is a high-end office with great dentists but at prices that are pretty industry-standard if not less. Highly recommend
